Availability, Stock & Shipping
When a tool is missing, often it is not just an order that is pending – but an entire work step. That is why availability is a clear process for us: Stock levels, cut-off, shipping partners, tracking and transparent costs.
Many sizes available at short notice
With 3100+ items in stock, many variants are available for immediate delivery. This reduces procurement effort – especially with tight time windows in production and maintenance.
Stock items received by 2:00 PM on working days are usually shipped on the same working day.
Note: In individual cases (e.g. very high order quantities, freight forwarding, backorders), processing may deviate.
Shipping & Tracking
Shipping is done via UPS. You can view the status of your shipment via the shipment tracking in your customer account.

Freight Forwarding (> 30 kg)
Orders with a total weight of more than 30 kg are shipped via freight forwarding. The costs are calculated individually based on destination and goods – we will be happy to inform you in advance.
