Our product range is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Consequently, the statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 312 ff., 355 BGB, which applies only to consumers (§ 13 BGB), does not exist.

By placing an order you confirm that you are acting in the course of your commercial or self-employed professional activity. No contractual right of withdrawal or return is granted; any goodwill arrangements require an explicit written agreement.
